Buy Custom Boxes.com is fully responsible if there will be some mishap in the quality or quantity of the product. If the evidence is provided, and we will compensate the client accordingly for sure. Colors scheming of the Printed Boxes will never be the same as in Digital Proof. So Buy Custom Box will not be responsible for any little difference in colors. And due to flight delays from the courier companies and loss or damage which is done during the shipping. Legally the company is not to be blamed for any loss in shipping. If you provide us incorrect shipment delivery Address then Company will charge additional shipping and handling charges for re-shipment.

Also please be advised that BCB always sends more boxes than the client’s requirement so we can cover any of those boxes that are unacceptable in order. And this is just to cover that mishap in which you got a couple of damaged or defaulted boxes by chance due to shipping or production.

The client’s point of contact will be his/her sales representative until he/she receives the boxes and even after that. As BCB believes in long-term business relationships so we always strive to serve you better and better every time.

Refund or Reprint Policies for Printed Boxes:

Reprint:

In case the product is not printed according to your specifications, you need to inform the company within 3 working days once the order is received. Customers need to send the defective product’s digital photos or the defective product itself physically to the company using their own expenditure within 7 business days in order to receive the reprint of your product. Defect checking is done by our Quality Assurance team. In case of faulty printing or not specified printing BCB will reprint your original order and in this type of case there will be no refund.

Refund:

BCB will refund the amount just in case the order will not be delivered or delivered on the committed time. Like in case we are unable to meet the delivery deadline that we commit with the client. Also in case of wrong delivery, BCB will refund the client’s amount if he/she wants.
