Decals itself are not waterproof; its what the printing manufacturers put on them that makes them waterproof. To remove the decal, warm it with a hair dryer. It will help to remove the adhesive in the back of the decal and allow pulling it up with ease. Decals, are usually larger than stickers and applied to things such as walls, windows, floors, and vehicles.
